Mitch Blood Green Today [2022]

The controversial, but always entertaining Mitch Blood Green was a pretty good fighter in his day. He was as tough as a brick, with a great chin. In 1986 Mitch fought Tyson in the ring and the fight went the distance, with Tyson winning via a unanimous decision. They had a street fight. Tyson gave him a swollen eye and a few cuts, and Tyson ended up with a broken hand. For many years Mitch Blood Green has been out of the public eye, which has a lot of boxing fans asking questions, wondering if he's still alive, what he's up to etc. Yes, he is 65 years old now and he is still alive.

I think he's had his ups and downs in life like we all do, but its great to see him again after all these years. There is a lot of talk about him and Tyson doing a podcast together and squashing their beef. It would be nice for them to make peace.
