Manny Pacquiao Vs Joshua Clottey: Bye Mayweather

Well, the talks between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao are well and truely dead. Both camps cannot see eye to eye, hence why their going their seperate ways, fighting other fighters. I can see from both sides of the fence why each fighter does not want to give in to the other. Manny knows he's clean and see's it as Mayweathers taking libertys, making unreasonable demands. And Floyd is thinking, why won't he take the test if he has nothing to hide..

I don't want to get into a debate with who's right and who's wrong, but i must admit, neither fighter looks good after this. Floyd Mayweather Jr is being looked at by all the boxing fans, boxers, critics, reporters, and everyone else as a chicken. Everyone's thinking, why is he demanding this testing if he's not scared of fighting Manny Pacquiao..He's never demanded this in previous fights.

On to Manny Pacquiao, many people including, Mayweather fans, millions of youtube users, reporters, real boxers - mentioning no names..They all think that Manny Pacquiao could possibly have something to hide..Many people are asking the same question, why would you turn down the biggest fight in history because of a blood test, specially if you have nothing to hide.

Teddy Atlas said that one of his trusted sources said he seen emails sent by someone in the Manny Pacquiao camp asking that if Manny took the blood tests and tested positive, could it be kept quiet..I don't know if there is any truth in this, but that is what was claimed to have been asked in an email.

We could go round in circles all day trying to decide who's in the right, it's best to just leave it and move on. The fights not happening and that's that.

Manny Pacquiao takes on Joshua Clottey. I see this fight ending in just one way, a points win for Manny Pacquiao. I seriously doubt that he will knock Clottey out. Clottey's a tough, durable guy, who takes a punch well, but is too slow to beat Manny Pacquiao to the punch. All Manny Pacquiao has to do is stick and move for the whole 12 rounds. If Manny Pacquiao stands toe to toe with Joshua Clottey he could be in trouble. Manny Pacquiao and Freddy Roach know, Clottey is too slow hand and foot to compete with Manny, so they will stick and move, jumping in, punching, jumping out, before Clottey gets time to counter punch. Manny Pacquiao is the master of using this strategy, and i expect him to use it to perfection.

But then again, we all know that Manny sometimes want's to get involved and have a tear up, if he does this against Clottey, he will be giving Clottey his only chance to win. Make no mistake, Clottey is a world class fighter, a good, strong, very game opponent. But Manny is an elite fighter, on top of his game, and at his peak, that's the difference in this fight.

Who does Floyd Mayweather fight? I don't know for sure..There was talk of him fighting Paulie Malignaggi, but nothing is confirmed. Stay tuned.
