So his revelations on these sparring sessions are seen by some as an attempt to market himself and increase his profile. Are the rumours true, who knows for sure. But sparring is sparring. It's not the same as an all-out fight under the bright lights. In some ways Martin Bakole has shot himself in the foot, because its unlikely now that both USYK and Dubois would welcome him back into a training camp after this. Unless they either don't care about him saying this, have trouble finding good sparring partners, or they wanted to spar him again to set the record straight.
But like the old saying goes: What happens in the gym stays in the gym. Or, that's how it used to be at least. Fighters are violating that rule more and more. These days there's a new boxer coming out every week with a sparring story about how they buzzed or put someone down.

Someone should have asked him what he meant to "stopped"... The spar came to an end? They didn't want to continue, or he knocked them down several times etc. Needs clarification.
