This is a crazy knockout. He actually got stiffened and was stuck in the same position while unconscious. I bet afterwards he wished he never threw that headbutt. What happened to Mad Gypsy Bradshaw afterwards? Who knows. But I'm pretty sure that after he recovered, and the footprints faded from his forehead, he was fine. His pride may have been a bit dented, but physically and mentally he was OK. If he wasn't it would have been all over the news and in the papers, because at the time when this fight took place, it was quite well known, and there were some media in attendance.

Lenny Mclean Cradles Gypsy Like A Baby
Lenny The Guvnor Mclean Vs Mad Gypsy Bradshaw video - Extended version that shows Mclean's arrival for the fight and Bradshaw afterwards, dazed and confused. In the world of unlicensed boxing, the rules are understandably much more lenient when compared to licensed professional boxing matches. It's much more brutal. That's just the way it is. But dropping the nut on an opponent when meeting in the middle to hear the final instructions from the referee is never going to go down very well. And against a man like Lenny The Guvnor Mclean, that is a big mistake. No respect shown, no respect given. Lenny knocks him down and then picks up / cups his head with his arm, which for a moment looks funnily similar to when someone cradles a baby, and proceeds to smash Mad Gypsy Bradshaw's face off.

Jon "Bones" Jones Vs Rashad Evans
Jon "Bones" Jones Vs Rashad Evans UFC 145
These two MMA fighters were very good friends at one point. Being very close, and also training with the same team at Greg Jackson's Gym, they vouched never to fight each other. One thing led to another and the pair became rivals in many ways. Add rivalry, trash talk, Hype, Dollar signs, and the fight the fans now want to see, and what do you get? Well, this week you get Jon "Bones" Jones Vs Rashad Evans. Next week or next month there will be a new rivalry between two other fighters. That's just the way the industry works. Anyway, no complaints, this is a very good fight. Jones and Evans have an extensive history of sparring together, and in those sparring sessions no one really ever got the upper hand on a regular basis. They were very evenly matched. Both know each others strengths and weaknesses having trained together for so long.
Sparring isn't about going all out trying to hurt your partner, it's about learning mostly, so in some ways we don't know if Jon Jones was just taking it easy. It's a mistake for either fighter to look at those past sparring sessions and make the assumption that this fight will be similar, as in very close. From Interview evidence, Jon Jones isn't thinking that but it seems like Rashad Evans is really digging deep to find little instances where he hurt Jones in sparring. Rashad's the one analysing those sparring sessions with a fine tooth comb.
The only thing that really matters is who can execute their game plan effectively on the night.
Rashed Evans has had his day in the sun. He's been there and done it, had many big fights, and beat everyone he has fought except Lyoto Machida, who knocked Evans out. That aside, Evans is an elite level MMA fighter. Rashad is very explosive and very strong. He has a great all round mix of excellent takedowns, excellent striking, and impressive wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu skills. Compared to Jones, Rashad is old, but Rashad is only 32 so could actually be in his prime at that age so don't sleep on Rashad just because he's the older fighter.
Jon Jones is so creative, so unique, and so unpredictable it's hard to see him losing this fight. Jon Jones is a younger and busier version of Anderson Silva. He has great athleticism, excellent wrestling pedigree, and a striking game that's completely off the charts. Youth, sense of distance, and range have also played a big part in why Jones has been so successful in MMA so far. Also, Jon Jones is basically unbeaten. He has one "loss" on his record which is actually a disqualification for illegally hitting Matt Hamill with elbows.
So Jones still doesn't know how to lose, which makes him an even tougher opponent to beat. Jon Jones hasn't been at the elite level of the UFC for very long but he seems destined for greatness and grounded enough to handle the pressure of big fights. Jon Jones disposed of two of the best UFC fighters out there in devastating fashion, Lyoto Machida and Mauricio "Shogun" Rua. Let's not forget Rampage Jackson as well, who Jones submitted by Rear Naked Choke. Does the same fate lie in wait for Rashad Evans? We will find out.
Most people have Jon Jones as the favourite, and rightly so. But he's not unbeatable. No fighter is. Rashad Evans has to take Jones out of his comfort zone and rough him up. Make it into a dog fight and not let Jones use his range to control the distance and pace of the fight. With 4 Oz gloves on anything can happen! Looking forward to a great fight. Jon Jones by knockout.

Audley Harrison Vs Martin Rogan
Audley Harrison Vs Martin Rogan
Martin Rogan Beats Audley Harrison On Points
Well Audley Harrison is still promising big things, people just want to see him stop talking and start fighting and winning in style, then maybe people will regain some confidence in him.
Audley Harrison Vs Martin Rogan should be an exciting fight. Martin Rogan is a tough guy with an unbeaten record, and im sure he wants to keep it that way. Martin Rogan is the underdog in this fight, though im sure he could cause an upset and surprise many people. Having said that i think Audley Harrison will win this fight, he has much more skill then Martin Rogan and will keep the fight at distance jabbing away all night, until he wears Martin Rogan down and goes in for the kill.
Martin Rogan has bags of heart, but there's only so far that will take you. Audley Harrison has too much ring craft for Martin Rogan but if Rogan can get Audley Harrison into a brawl, he could win this.
Knowing Audley Harrison, he will win, but it will be a boring fight for the fans, unless he see's that Martin Rogan is out on his feet he might consider going for the knockout.
In some ways i think Audley Harrison has some good boxing skills, but he just doesn't deliver the goods when its needed, and he talks too much. Audley Harrison needs to keep his head down, win fights, and get in the position for a world title shot. Only after he wins a world title should he say " I told you i would do it". Until then, no ones really interested because they have heard it all from him before.
I think Audley Harrison will win this one quite easily. If he doesn't, his career will be in tatters.

Amir Khan Vs Oisin Fagan
Amir Khan Vs Oisin Fagan
Amir Khan Knocks Out Fagan In Two Rounds...Read More.
After the devastating Knockout that Amir Khan suffered in his last fight, his managers have had to carefully pick his comeback opponent.
They have chose Oisin Fagan, who is not a bad fighter, but is not really that good either. He's actually a school teacher. One good thing about Oisin Fagan is he won't lie down, and he comes to fight.
Amir Khan really needs to win this fight, its going to be hard anyway for Amir Khan to come back now after that knockout loss, but if he loses this fight it will be near impossible for Amir Khan to come back. Amir Khan is now being trained by Freddy Roach and is sparring with Some great fighters such as Manny Pacquiao, so if he is going to become a world champion he has the best chance with this camp.
Many people are saying, Amir Khan can train and spar with the best but you can't build yourself a granite chin, this is very true, but if he can adopt a better defense and not get hit too often, he can go far, and even win a world title i think. Amir Khan has been said to be "Chinny", which i think he definately is, but how many world champions were a bit chinny? There were loads.
Amir Khan does have some good skills, it's just a shame he doesn't have good punch resistance. Will Khan be haunted by the knockout? Obviously he won't forget it. All fighters are different, some will let the knockout bother them too much, and others will become more determined to succeed because of it, so which way will Amir Khan go?, We will have to see what happens when he does get punched hard to see how he takes it. Hopefully the loss has woke Amir Khan up, he looks determined to make an impressive comeback, and i hope he does.
Amir Khan Vs Oisin Fagan should be an ok fight, but this is an easy win for Amir Khan, if it wasn't i would be surprised.

Street Fight - Can You Defend Yourself?
Street Fight - Can You Defend Yourself?
In general, street fights unfold in a few certain ways. Theres either an extremely quick knockout, loads of swinging punches between the two fighters, or the fight goes to the ground after a while. Street fights are very unfair in some ways, they take no prisoners. The feelings that go through your mind and body when you know you have to fight can be scarey. You feel shakey and weak, not forgeting nervous. Your adrenaline takes over. These feelings are actually helping you, although it may not seem like it at the time.
This is your bodys way of preparing you for a fight or battle of some kind, so don't be scared of it. Everyone feels like this, or has done at some point. These feelings can be controlled, you can use them to your advantage. The fear factor can save you, keep you alert. If you do a Martial Art of some kind, or boxing, you don't feel the same scared feeling, your still nervous but in a different, more prepared kind of way. You feel more alert towards the situation rather then really shakey and scared. This nervous feeling can be overcome with the right mindset, no problem.
Like i have said before, the more you practice fighting, whether it be Boxing sparring or Martial Arts etc, you will be much more at ease when you know a fight is going to happen, rather then it be totally alien to you. It's the same with anything in life, a new job, after a while you get more experienced and become able to do your job better.
If you keep on feeding and working on the thing your scared of, throwing yourself into the fire, you will become so used to it, that after a while it becomes second nature. We are creatures of habit. In order to conquer anything you have to face it full on. The more you face it, the more you become less fearful of it. So then a fight doesn't seem that scarey anymore and it's down to the fact that by training in boxing or martial arts, your confidence has out grown your fear and you know you can defend yourself.
Always try to stay out of a street fight, they are bad news and should be avoided if possible. Never set out to learn to fight just for the purpose of fighting for no reason, just because you know you can. You will never find inner peace, or make many friends this way.
Avoiding a fight should be at the top of your list, but if it can't be avoided, you have to know how to defend yourself, because at some point, it will be needed.
